Moscow. 22 July. INTERFAX.RU – Alfa-Bank CEO Vladimir Verkhoshinsky has joined the board of directors of Cian plc, a service for the sale and rental of real estate, the company said.
Verkhoshinsky also joined the audit committee under the board of directors.
In April of this year, HeadHunter CEO Mikhail Zhukov joined the board of directors. Since the beginning of the year, two foreign representatives left the board of directors – Chloe Harford and Gilles Blanchard.
The largest shareholder of „Cyan” is Elbrus Capital.
Cian.ru, a service for the sale and rental of real estate, has been operating since 2001. In November 2021, Cyan held an IPO on the NYSE, the company’s shares are also traded on the Moscow Exchange.
