TTL Beteiligungs- und Grundbesitz AG is active in many areas. This becomes clear again at the Zurich Capital Market Conference (ZKK), which is organized by GBC.
The Munich-based company holds an indirect stake in the German Real Estate Opportunities Group and is sticking to it. The stake in DIC Asset is to be expanded. In addition, further investments in listed companies are being sought. They want to further develop Montano Real Estate. And direct investments in real estate portfolios or projects are also still on the agenda in order to supplement one’s own portfolio.
In March, TTL held 8.09 percent of DIC Asset, in May it was already 8.22 percent. This commitment should continue to grow. According to the ZKK, a stake of at least 10 percent is planned. The annual dividend from DIC Asset is interesting for TTL. This was last 0.75 euros, which corresponds to a return of 4.9 percent.
At Montano Real Estate, they are very satisfied with the team, according to TTL CEO Theo Reichert in Zurich. The commercial real estate company increased the transaction volume by 300 percent to 1.1 billion euros in 2021. The EBITDA went up by 112 percent to 5.1 million euros. At the end of 2021, Montano’s portfolio included 70 existing properties. A new investment partnership with Carlyle creates further opportunities at Montano. The medium-term goal of the company are assets under management with a volume of EUR 6 billion to EUR 8 billion. At the end of 2021, it came to 1.55 billion euros.
