Thus, at the official rate of the Central Bank , the dollar rose against the ruble by 92 kopecks, and the euro rose against the ruble by 65 kopecks compared to the official rate on Friday. The ruble fell today after the Bank of Russia lowered the rate by 1.5% to 8.0% per annum.
